Model Policy for Motor Sports: Prohibiting Tobacco Sponsorship
Model Policy
This model sponsorship policy is written broadly to prohibit all types of sponsorship that a racetrack may encounter. However, it is up to the racing venue itself to decide which parts of the policy to adopt. For example, the venue can choose not to adopt certain portions of the policy, or the policy can have phased-in effective dates for different portions (e.g., some portions take effect immediately, and others not until a specified date).
