The Cost of Enforcement and Guide for Tobacco Licensure Fees
Report
This report, developed by the Montebello Police Department and the Public Health Institute, identifies the personnel and other operating costs associated with enforcing laws prohibiting the sale of tobacco products to minors. It also provides recommendations for how to implement a tobacco licensing ordinance that covers the costs of enforcement.
