Legal Preparedness for Pandemic Flu
In 2006 PHLP presented a one-day conference to explore the legal ramifications of pandemic flu and other emerging infectious diseases. Sessions addressed public health law concerns and practice, as well as potential legal challenges to employers, hospitals and other health care providers, and state and local government agencies.
PHLP has compiled the following national and California-specific resources to help build legal preparedness for these new risks.
