Legal Preparedness for Pandemic Flu

On April 26, 2006, the Public Health Law Program presented a once-day conference to explore the legal ramifications of pandemic flu and other emerging infectious diseases. Sessions addressed public health law concerns and practice, as well as various legal challenges to private sector employers, hospitals, and other health care providers, and state and local government agencies.
